In a 23 page complaint that seeks class action status, Long Island resident Avi Koschitzki has complained about the abysmal reception on the new 3G iPhone, joining numerous amounts of other customer complaints over Apple's use of AT&T third generation wireless network. However this was not the only issue that was bought up in regards to the new phone. Many people have filed complaints in reference to hair line cracks appearing on the outer case of the iPhone.
