AT&T Mobility announced today the first in a series of new public service events in New York City designed to benefit the city's mature population. The company will host the first "Cell Phones for Seniors" event in Manhattan on Tuesday, January 13th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at The Hallmark Battery Park City -- 455 North End Avenue.

It seems as though the Apple iPhone is untouchable in terms of customer satisfaction however everything is not as it seems. In a 23 page complaint that seeks class action status, Long Island resident Avi Koschitzki has complained about the abysmal reception on the new 3G iPhone, joining numerous amounts of other customer complaints over Apple's use of AT&T third generation wireless network.
